Yassin Amuji Foundation and the Vilankulo Youth Council provide a moment of fraternization for the inmates of the District Jail

The action of the two organizations was part of the celebrations of the thirtieth anniversary of the signing of the Rome General Agreement, on October 4, 1992.

In addition to creative conversations with the inmates, who still have bright dreams to come true once they are released, a meal was served on the occasion, which included soup.

The provincial delegate of the Yassin Amuji Foundation, Mérito Dalela, said that the partnership with the District Youth Council will continue and aims to benefit the inmates of this prison unit.

He added that the Yassin Amuji Foundation is committed to periodically providing meals to inmates.
“We will do that. It is part of our population that has dreams. And our gesture is to ensure that this social group does not lose hope in life due to the fact that it is deprived of some freedoms,” said Dalela.
